I met with Corbin and Sarah in Meaford, where they have just purchased their first place together. We walked along the waterfront and then over to the marina for their engagement session. We had an amazing time walking around town stopping along the way to chat and of course take some pretty photos. I absolutely love getting to know my couples through engagement sessions. I am so excited to see you both again in June.
I first met Angela a few years ago then had the opportunity to meet Matt at a birthday party of a close friend. I was so excited to hear of Matt and Angela’s engagement and that they had decided to select me as their wedding photographer.
For their engagement session Angela wanted to get some shots around her family’s farm. Then we ended at a family friends “cottage” that over looks Lion’s Head, Isthmus Bay. I had no idea this place was even there. There are no words to express my satisfaction in shooting in such a wonderful location.

When I woke up the day of this shoot I looked out the window with such appreciation for the snow that had fallen the night before. As if by magic the snow was placed on each branch with such precision. Even thought the temperature was -12 that day the Hellyer’s made it look like it could have been +12. Thank-you for being so brave. I loved so many images from this session.

Nothing makes me more happy than to see a little bit of snow just before Christmas. Something that I think most of us secretly wish for at some point during the month. We were pretty excited to get out and shoot that day because we had not seen a ton of snow leading up to the end of December.
You guys completely rocked this session.

I am always so excited to meet new clients and this family was no except. They were such a pleasure to work with. First during their family shoot before their little guy arrived and then a few weeks later when I travelled to Tobermory to meet their newest little addition. Thank you for trusting my vision.
