Limestone Kayak ~ Bruce Peninsula Artist Photograher

The band Limestone Kayak recently assembled about a year ago. Members Carol Ann Duronio and Fred Schoenberger are available for weddings, backyard parties and any other events you can think of.  They perform a great mix of up beat classic rock tunes and take requests.  We had a beautiful evening in the summer to get some new images for their fan page.

It’s so exciting when former wedding clients give you a call to tell you they are expecting their first baby.  Deb and Carlin got married at Hope Bay in 2011 and just had their daughter a few months ago.

Congratulations Deb and Carlin!

Forbes Family ~ Bruce Peninsula Family Photographer

I photograph a lot of families on the Bruce Peninsula that are all coming together from other places to be all together at a family cottage or on vacation.  It’s the best time to update the family portraits, when everyone is relaxed and happy.

I’m looking forward to the next time we can all do this again.

When I was contacted to photograph this session I was told this was a surprise for their parents’ 40th wedding anniversary. When I arrived R & B had just been told what to wear for the session and they were so excited. It was so nice to photograph this family, not far from my home in one of the most beautiful places in Canada, “The Bruce Peninsula”.

Jeff & Roberta ~ Married ~ Bruce Peninsula Wedding Photography

There weren’t a ton of super hot days this summer, but Jeff and Roberta’s wedding took place on one of the hottest day we had in August. Jeff, Roberta and their crew of family and friends worked tirelessly to get the farm ready for the their wedding for almost a year.  All their hard work did not go un-noticed.  Living in a small community on the Bruce Peninsula everyone from miles around had been watching the farm clean up for months and as the wedding day drew closer and closer the property started to take shape and was completely transformed for the wedding day. Jeff cut a path into the corn field and made an area, large enough to accommodate all the wedding guests for the ceremony.  It was truly a magical day as these two became husband and wife and blended their families into one.

I took great pride being asked to photograph your wedding day. Congratulations Jeff and Roberta.
